Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied or you made a mistake when you selected the product purchased via our web page, you may return it by the deadline of 14 calendar days as from the date of receipt of the order.  


Returns conditions

Due to reasons of hygiene, products to be returned must comply with the following conditions:

  1. The product must not have been used or manipulated and must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition (with no marks, stickers, etc.).
  2. The product must not have been damaged in any way due to incorrect usage.

Fun*das Bcn reserves the right to reject any returns if the conditions indicated above are not complied with.

  1. If you receive a faulty product, you may request the refunding of the amount paid or request for the product to be exchanged, and you must attach at least two photographs corroborating the fault.
  2. Shipping expenses shall be assumed by the client except in the case of faulty products.

If your return is rejected, the client shall have 3 months to collect and/or withdraw its order from the central facilities (collection expenses are to be paid by the client). If said packet has not been collected within the 3 months, it shall be given to charity. 


INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING

In order for us to be able to process your request for return, you must contact us by sending an e-mail to the address support@fundasbcn.freshdesk.com indicating “Request for Return” and attach the withdrawal form that we propose for you herein

In the case of faulty products, once we have reviewed your e-mail and verified what has happened, we will contact you by the deadline of 7 days in order to agree on a return shipment, should you wish for the product to be exchanged,in which a product the same as the one that you ordered will be sent to you, and, at the moment of delivery, you must return the faulty goods to the courier, with these having to comply with the following requisites: 

  • The faulty product must be in its original packaging, and said packaging must be in good condition: Nothing must have been written on it, it must not have any shipment stickers on it, and it must not be broken. Accordingly, the product must be in a shipping bag or box.
  • You must put a copy of the order invoice inside the return package. Returns not containing a copy of said invoice will not be accepted.
  • Send the package by means of the postal service that you consider to be convenient, to the attention of FUNDAS BCN, at the following address: C/ ALEMANIA 28 A, 08917 BADALONA, BARCELONA, SPAIN.

Exceptions: No returns will be accepted as a result of any damages or wear and tear caused due to the usage of the products, or otherwise due to incorrect use of said products. 

In cases of returns for other reasons (not faulty products), once we receive your e-mail with the request for return we will respond to you giving you approval for the return to be carried out. 

  • Follow the instructions on the condition of the product indicated above and pack the product that you wish to return (returns conditions section).
  • You must put a copy of the order invoice inside the return package. Returns not containing a copy of said invoice will not be accepted.
  • Send the package by means of the postal service that you consider to be convenient, to the attention of FUNDAS BCN, at the following address: C/ ALEMANIA 28 A, 08917 BADALONA, BARCELONA, SPAIN.

In both cases, we recommend you to keep proof of the shipment

Do not send any products without having contacted Fun*das Bcn previously and having received validation from the latter, as, otherwise, we will have to reject them.




Refunding of amounts paid

Once the article has been received, it shall be paid for by the same method of payment used.

You will see the amount in your account within a term of approximately 7-15 working days, as from the confirmation of the return and receipt and depending on the conditions of each bank.
