Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied or you made a mistake when selecting the product purchased through our website, you can cancel the contract within a maximum period of 14 calendar days without justification from the date of receipt of the order that you or any other that you have indicated, other than the carrier that received the product. 

We will not proceed with any type of exchange or return, whether it is a mistake by Fun*das Bcn or the customer, if the product has been used, washed or customized.

Return instructions 

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must notify us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement, as follows:

You may use the model withdrawal form below: FORMULARIO, although its use is not mandatory.

If you send it to us by e-mail, after receipt and verification, we will inform you of receipt of the withdrawal to the same e-mail address as the sender.

Steps to follow: 

Once you have received the email and registered your request, you have 4 return options:  

• Send us your return by the method of your choice, at your own expense. 
• If you have made your purchase with PayPal, they will refund you the cost of returning your order. 
• *Only available for Spain peninsular: we can activate and manage the collection of your return* for a cost of 5.50€ which will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Pick-ups will be made at the same address where the first shipment was made. 
• Come to deliver it to our offices.  

How to send it so that a refund can be assessed: 

• The product must be in its original packaging, without having been washed or used, as well as with the instructions and other documents (invoice, order number, etc.) that may accompany it.  
• The original packaging must be placed inside a plastic bag, box or resistant wrapping to avoid incidents, loss of parts, etc.  

Once the package has been received:

• Once we receive your return in our offices, the quality control will proceed to evaluate whether the goods meet all the requirements to be eligible for reimbursement.  
• The refund of the amount to be returned will be effective within 15 working days.  

International returns and outside the EU:   

 For international returns from all other areas for reasons beyond the responsibility of Fun*das on the product, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
