How to conclude the contract

To make an order, you must follow the on-line purchase procedure and click on "Authorize payment". After this, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order (“Order confirmation"). All orders are subject to our acceptance and we will confirm this acceptance by sending you an e-mail in which we will confirm that the product is being sent to you (“Shipment confirmation”). The contract for the purchase of a product between us (Contract) shall be concluded only when we have sent you the Shipment confirmation. Only those products that appear on the Shipment confirmation will be covered by the Contract. We will not be under the obligation to supply any other products that may have been ordered until we have confirmed the shipment of the same to you in an independent Shipment confirmation.

Availability of products

All orders for products are subject to the availability of the same. Should any difficulties regarding their supply arise, we may send you information on substitute products of the same or higher quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to place an order for these substitute products, we will reimburse any payments that you may have made.

Refusal to process an order

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this web site at any moment and/or to remove or modify any material or content in the same. Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances in which we may be forced to refuse the processing of the order after having sent the Order confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any moment, at our sole discretion. We shall not be responsible or liable in relation to you or to any third parties due to having withdrawn any products from this web site, irrespective of whether or not said product has been sold, or having received or modified any material or content in the web site.

The right to withdraw from the purchase

You may withdraw from the Contract at any moment within the term of 14 days as from the date of receipt. In this case, the price paid for any such products shall be reimbursed, in conformity with our Refund Policy.

Transfer of risk and ownership

Any risks regarding the Products shall be transferred to you as from the moment of their delivery. You shall acquire the ownership of the products when we receive the full payment of the products ordered, including shipping expenses.
